About our AdBlue – IBC Tank Surcharge Deposits and Collection

Due to the unique nature and high value of the IBC containers that we use, we require a deposit to be taken on each IBC which is refunded upon the return of the same container in good condition and that no seals are broken, all caps are in place and the IBC is in good condition with no visible signs of damage and has only been used for just AdBlue®.

Deposits:

The IBC Tank Deposit Surcharge is carried out as follows:

Each new AdBlue® IBC Tank will have a £200 fully refundable surcharge deposit applied to it, which is FULLY REFUNDABLE upon the return of the IBC Tank.

When ready to replenish your AdBlue® with us, we arrange a fresh 1000 litre IBC of AdBlue® to be delivered to your door and will also collect your empty existing IBC Tank, the surcharge deposit for the empty IBC Tank being collected will be refunded when it is returned back to base.

No longer require any further IBC’s of AdBlue®?

If you no longer wish to continue with your IBC refills, the cost of returning the IBC without a delivery would be down to the customer and we will refund the IBC surcharge deposit when it is returned back to us in good condition with all seals in tact.

Please note:

All the IBC’s returned must only be our manufacturers IBC’s – if IBC’s returned are not ours we reserve the right to invoice any costs incurred. If the empty IBC is not ready for collection when the replacement IBC is being delivered, then the IBC will be taken back to the delivering depot and you may be required to pay a re-collection/delivery fee to receive your goods or an additional IBC tank surcharge deposit.

These AdBlue® IBC Tank surcharge deposit will be automatically added to your AdBlue® IBC Tank orders and must be included. The surcharge deposit are totally refunded provided the IBC Tank is returned to the manufacturer. All IBC Tanks are uniquely identified with barcodes / serial numbers.
